Folks,
We move and my wife and I did an online AR11 and ONLINE I-485 Mailing address change using USCIS website yesterday.
My wife got an automatic email confirmation that her I-485 Mailing Address is changed and we even see the LUD is changed as well
but I didnot get any email confirmation of the address change of I-485 neither I see any LUD change.
1. What should I do? Call CIS?
2. How long does it take to update Mailing Address on I-485 when changing the mailing address online after Online AR-11 submission?
Please advise

My last H1 transfer gave me a 3yr H1 approval. But in reality, this will make it 1 year more than the 6 years allowed. My Perm and 140 are approved before the 6th year ended and my company filed a H1B amendment request just a day before 6th year ended. It is still pending. Now, my wife is in india and she has to get back here for filing 485 in july. Can I use my existing H1 to apply for visa in this situation?

I think I know the answer to this, but I just wanted to make sure from the experts on this forum.
Do we need to apply for new EAD/AP if we change jobs using AC21 even if the current EAD/AP (approved when working for the GC sponsoring employer) are valid for almost 10 more months?
I think that EAD/AP are not dependent/tied to the employer.
Am I right gurus?

If H4 uses EAD for work with 485 pending, and if the underlying I-140 gets rejected, will this make H4 holder be out of status? what are the options for H4 holder.

Hi everyone
I just got off the phone with USCIS and I thought I should share this with you. I received an appointment notice regarding fingerprints (for 10/20/07) and I called USCIS to ask if I can reschedule it for an earlier date. They said that I could go to the local application support center (the same location that is on the appointment notice) any Wednesday and ask for service at that time. That way I don't have to wait 3.5 weeks just to get the fingerprints taken and I'll probably get my EAD by then.
I hope this works out for me.
If anybody had such experience, please share.

Swift 3D does not allow you to add special textures to 3D objects besides the colors and lighting. You will need to look at a 3rd party software package to enable texturing.

IV website service provider has informed that they will be installing new hardware on the core switches that are used by IV servers. As such there is a scheduled down time of up to an hour which will occur on October 24, 2008, sometime between 12 AM CST and 6 AM CST.
As such access to IV website may be intermittently interrupted during this window on 10/24/2008.
