Hey Kiwi,
You cannot create keyframes in Swift 3D. You can arrange or move around keyframes, and that is only by adjusting the animation path. I'll try to check and see if there is some hidden way of inserting keyframes in Swift.

Just spoke to an IO at TSC, She told me that the case is at a place what they call "Pending Review and final decision"

I asked her whats the next step after this?
IO : Hope fully will be assigne to some one

IO: a big NO...no no..this is not the place where all the cases are, I can't provide anymore info then this, I was just being nice because you called at 3:30 pm.

I applied for my concurrent filing during the July 07 fiasco. My I-140 is still pending approval. I am hoping that it gets approved within the next month or so...my question is ...when can I switch companies for a same/similar job if I wanted to? Since my I 485 has been pending for over 180 days do I need to wait for my I-140 approval? if I do have to wait, can I switch as soon as I get my 140 approval?

Has anyone traveled to India by Virgin Atlantic connecting to Jet Airways at London ?

The ticket is from Virgin Atlantic (through ticket, Jet is their Code Share) .

For baggage rules, Virgin website says --
"Any passengers travelling from India to the USA, (and vice-versa), with Virgin Atlantic for their entire journey, which involves a connecting flight via London Heathrow, will be entitled to an additional bag up to 23kg ."

I sent them an email before ticketing and they replied I am entitled to two piece.

When I contacted them after ticketing , they say I am entitled to one piece. Logic was London - Mumbai is by Jet Airways (but my argument is the ticket shows VS flight number).

Does any one have any experience ?

USCIS continues to streamline its processing of applications and petitions with the recent change in filing locations for several forms. The following forms should be mailed to USCIS lockbox facilities rather than directly to USCIS Service Centers:

* I-129F
* I-130
* I-140
* I-526
* I-539
* I-817

The updated filing instructions can be found on the latest versions of each form, which are available for free from USCIS.

This change became effective August 3, 2010.If you recently mailed an application. Applications already en route to the Service Centers will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate lockbox for a period of 45 days. HI All,

I have 3 questions

1)what should be the time period between the Job switch from one employer to another after 6 months of filing of I-485.(AC-21)

2)Is it required to be employed until i get my actual GC ?

3) I am in the period of AC-21 (i.e 180 days completed after my I-485 filing)
If I marry to GC holder . Do i still have to maintain my independent status of I-485 or i can be given some status because of marrying to him..

No, I dont think you are a LPR until your I-485 is approved.

Hello Friends,

I have a question regarding waiver on J2 EAD.
My husband is doing residency on J1 since last 9 months. His residency program is of 4years and plans to do 1 yr fellowship later on on J1 so total of 5 yrs
I m now on J2 and have an EAD with me.
My questions are:

1. Do I need to do a waiver job after I complete my residency on EAD before joining any other hospital here in the US? or it just applies to my husband(on J1) to do a waiver.

2. If aftercompleting my residency on EAD, if my husband gets a waiver he will be on H1 and me on H4and if the same year I get H1 fellowship program for 1 yr, can I change my status from J2 EAD to H1 without doing a waiver?

3. How much time it normally takes to renew your EAD?

My application reached on July 17th but still no receipts received. Called USCIS saying its already 90 days. They took my data and gave me a referal number and asked me to call back after 1 month again... :(

They dint even check whether my data is entered into the system or not.

I am planning to visit India soon. I have my AP and an expired F1 visa.
I haven't been to India since I got my H1 approved; so I don't have an H1 visa stamp on my passport at all. My I-797 is approved until 2010.
Can you please advise if I should get my passport stamped with my H1 or should I be ok with my AP?

Hi,
I wish to scroll horizontally using two custom buttons (a left & a right one) in a FlowLayoutPanel, while disabling the autoscroll properties, as I do not wish to have the scrollbar. The controls that will be added into the FlowLayoutPanel will be subjected to changes, as it depends the number of data in the database.
So is there any tutorial/website that anyone can recommend for this related problem?
And also, I do know what to put for my horizontalscroll.maximum and minimum value as my flow direction is RighttoLeft.

Hi: Need some inputs from the excperts in this group on using the priority dates from a different I140 filing.

Have the following 2 cases filed for the same person.
PD - Nov 2004 - EB3 - Labor Approved - I140 Filed
PD - Oct/Nov 2005 - EB2 - Labor Approved - I140 Approved

If we file I485 based on the I140 approved for EB2 case [which has a later PD], can we still send an update to USCIS later regarding Nov 2005 PD and use that PD once the I140 from the EB3 filing is approved? What's the best way to use the highest EB category and oldest PD in this case?

Considering many limitations to move a job from non-profit to for-profit, I am considering moving my job to another non profit. With my current employer, my 6 year H-1 B will expire by the end of next year April. So if my change my employer, I will have a very short time to start the process again till I reach I -140 approval again with the new employer.

I heard that from non-profit to for-profit, you are subject to the quota and you have to apply for H-1B quota. But in this case, your previous 6 year with non profit doesn't count.

But if I move from non-profit to non-profit, do I have to reach I-140 approval before my current H-1 B with my current employer expires? Or do I just get another 3 year with new non-profit employer?

If I have to get I-140 approval with new non-profit employer before my current 6 year H-1 B expires, is it doable?

I was working with company A and got approved I140(1 year back) after that I moved to company B using approved I140 and got 3 yrs H1B extension.After that during July,07 period I requested company A to apply EAD and i485(Company A mentioned as future employment).Now I am still with company B.
But now Company A asking me to come back.Since I have everything approved (i140) except i485(pending) do I need to go back to company A?

If I do not go to company A,can he cancel approved I140 ?

Need help/suggestion .

i recently got H1 Extension stamping ( Till 2011 ) and also have AP Expires in Nov 2008 .
I am working on H1 and not interested to use EAD .Do i still need to renew my EAD and AP?

just a tip not cool to hijack someone else' thread. on your question: If you are planning on being with the H1 sponsoring employer for the next few years no point renewing your EAD or AP. However they are two seperate filings. You don't need to have a valid EAD in order to apply for an AP renewal or vice versa. Hope this helps.

Hi Ron,
We all appriciate your support and help. My citizen mother has filed the immigation petition under F1 category. Currenty I am in US on H1B. Priority dates are near and I am palnning to file AOS. Category F1 is Child of unmarried son of US citizen.

The LCA and Petition papers used for the my H1 Visa (at consulate interview) has the Job Title Programmer I. But before coming to USA I got reassigned and I got a new LCA from the company (I got new LCA in India itself). Recently I looked into that New LCA it has recorded my Job Title as Programmer II. I am working on this new LCA location.

I have following question.

Does this Probrammer I/ Probrammer II change in LCAs affects my AOS for my family based category F1. (AOS H1 -> F1 Family based)

I am currently working on H1B1 � and my visa is valid till May 2009. The visa on passport (from last employer) is valid till March 2008. We applied for green card through my spouse�s company � our I485 has been applied (His H1B1 is valid till Mar 2008). We both got our Advance Paroles, and he got his EAD � about 5 weeks ago. Though my EAD was also requested at the same time, I have not received mine as yet.
Due to my husband�s job we are moving to another city in November. I plan to resign from my job at the end of November, and go for 6 week vacation to India. I plan to look for a new job (hopefully on with my EAD) when I get back in January 2008. I have following questions:
1. Now when I resign & my H1B1 gets cancelled, what would be my status in USA.
2. Do I need to get back to H4 status to come back to US (or just AP would be enough for POE)
3. Do I need to get back to H4 status to stay in US

I have got 2 I-140 (one pending and approved) both from different lawyers.....I applied 485 with my approved I-140 with this lawyer, but am not sure if he has applied or not as he had given wrong info few times before...... he claims he has applied.........my question is - Can I go ahead and apply another 485 with the pending I-140 frm another lawyer to be on the same side? started as an intern with local in the month of march 06 and I was given offer till end of august. but my school official gave me work permit on a semester basis and gave it only for srping 06, which end in may 15th. I couldn't update my CPT status for 1 day for summer 06 and started on 16th may, so the school official has said that i am out of status.Since re-instatement is not possible from school as it was unauthorized work permit. They have advised me to go to home country and attend visa to be eligible for reinstatement. I have grauduated last month with masters of science..

They said they will provide me recommendation letter for me to show to consular officer. Also, I have an MBA admit in same university for spring 2007.

so should i come to new program..if thats the case how to get an emergency appoitment.

I also received RFE. It was related to TB chest X-ray. In '07 doctor said, it is not requited but USCIS feels other way.
